Story

Our journey began in metal trading, representing our parent company, Geominex Nigeria Limited, one of the leading producers of lead, zinc, and bulk concentrate in eastern Nigeria. Havilah’s founding partners successfully managed the company’s sales to major European smelters and global traders such as Trafigura, Chemelt, and Noranda (Xstrata).

In 2004,, we diversified into the oil and gas sector, providing brokering and strategic advisory services to high-net-worth individuals, energy companies, and African governments. Since then, we have developed a strong portfolio of relationships with family offices, investment funds, and institutional investors worldwide. Our advisory platform has given us unique insight into how natural resource companies operate globally, allowing us to build strategic alliances and deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.
